1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AXIOM ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. AXIOM is a creator deal operating system that connects brands with content creators for collaboration campaigns.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use AXIOM. By using the Platform you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Account Roles
AXIOM offers two account types: Brand accounts and Creator accounts. Brand accounts are subject to subscription plans. Creator accounts are free with 0% commission. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscription & Billing
Brand accounts may choose a paid plan (Starter, Growth, Pro, or Enterprise). Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All fees are in USD and non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Creator Commissions
AXIOM charges zero platform commission on deals completed through the Platform. Creators keep 100% of agreed deal values. AXIOM is not a party to agreements between brands and creators and is not responsible for payment disputes between them.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: post false or misleading information; harass, threaten, or impersonate other users; use the Platform for spam or unsolicited commercial messages; attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Platform; or violate any applicable law or third-party right.
7. Intellectual Property
AXIOM and its licensors retain all rights to the Platform's software, design, and trademarks. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant AXIOM a limited license to display and process it to provide the Service.
8. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AXIOM DOES NOT GUARANTEE CAMPAIGN RESULTS, CREATOR PERFORMANCE, OR PLATFORM UPTIME. USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AXIOM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. AXIOM'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Termination
AXIOM may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-platform notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in Seoul, Korea.
