1. Who We Are
AXIOM is a creator deal operating system ("the Platform") that helps brands discover, evaluate, and collaborate with content creators. References to "AXIOM," "we," "us," or "our" mean the Platform operator.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (email address, role selection, campaign briefs, deal data), information generated by your use of the Platform (creator profile views, search queries, deal activity, revenue records), and technical information automatically collected (IP address, browser type, pages visited, session identifiers). We do not collect payment card numbers directly — payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: operate and improve the Platform; send transactional emails (deal notifications, account alerts); provide analytics and ROI forecasts; generate deal insights such as negotiation summaries (processed entirely on AXIOM servers — your conversation content is not shared externally for this feature); enforce our Terms of Service; comply with legal obligations; and, with your consent, send product updates.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: service providers necessary to operate the Platform (Supabase for database/auth, Lemon Squeezy for billing, Resend for transactional email, Anthropic for AI-assisted features); law enforcement when required by valid legal process; or a successor entity in a merger or acquisition. When you use AI-assisted features (Brief Generator, Offer Analyzer, Contract Review), relevant content you provide (campaign briefs, offer descriptions, contract text) is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. 5. Creator Profile Data
Creator profiles on AXIOM are visible to authenticated Brand users. Profile data includes public SNS handles, follower counts, engagement rates, and collaboration offers that creators choose to publish. Creators may update or delete their profile at any time.
6. Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Deal and campaign records are retained for up to 3 years for audit purposes. You may request earlier deletion by contacting support@axiomoffer.com or by deleting your account through Account Settings.
7. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies to maintain session state. We also use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns — this analytics service is only enabled if you accept cookie tracking via our cookie consent banner. You may decline analytics cookies at any time; doing so will disable all non-essential tracking. You may also disable cookies in your browser but some features may not function correctly. 8. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, Supabase Row Level Security, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to: access, correct, or delete your personal data; object to or restrict certain processing; receive a portable copy of your data; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may download all your personal data at any time from the Settings page using the "Download my data" feature. 10. Children
AXIOM is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
11. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States (Supabase infrastructure). We ensure adequate protections are in place for any such transfers.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-platform notice at least 7 days before they take effect.
13. Data Controller
The data controller responsible for your personal data is the operator of the AXIOM Platform. For privacy inquiries, data subject requests (access, correction, deletion, portability), or to withdraw consent, contact our Privacy team at: privacy@axiomoffer.com.
