Common questions
Do I need a subscription to search creators?
No. Creator search, database browsing, and AI Match are always free to explore. A subscription is only needed when you want to start a deal and enter the Deal Room.
How does AXIOM Score work?
AXIOM Score (0–99) is calculated from follower count, engagement rate, and avg views per post. Higher scores indicate stronger audience quality and deal signal. It's not a pay-to-play ranking.
What happens when I send a brief to a creator not yet on AXIOM?
The brief is saved in your deal room. If the creator signs up later, they'll see it immediately. You can also share the deal link with them directly via DM.
Can creators negotiate prices?
Yes. When a brand sends a brief, the creator can accept, reject, or counter-offer with their own price. All negotiation happens inside the Deal Room.
Is creator data verified?
Creators who connect their social account via OAuth (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) are verified — their follower count and platform data come directly from the platform. Manual entries are flagged as self-reported.
