Refund Policy

Effective date: May 1, 2026

1. Overview

AXIOM subscriptions are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which refunds may be issued. By subscribing to AXIOM, you agree to this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment if you have not made substantial use of the platform (e.g., have not started more than 1 deal). Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. Refunds are issued at AXIOM's discretion based on the circumstances of each request.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@axiomoffer.com within the eligible period. Include your account email and a brief reason for the request. We will review and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

The following are not eligible for refunds: charges older than 7 days from the initial payment; renewal charges after the subscription has been active for more than one billing cycle; accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations; partial month usage after cancellation (your access continues until the end of the billing period).

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Cancel subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not remove access immediately — you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within an active billing period.

6. Creator Accounts

Creator accounts are free of charge. There are no subscription fees or refundable payments associated with Creator accounts.

7. Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at support@axiomoffer.com before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We will investigate and resolve billing errors promptly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of AXIOM after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
